Every project begins by listening. What follows is shaped by what you have, what you want and the time you have.

    A first conversation

    By phone, the Discovery or a short form. We listen to your situation, who's involved, and what matters most. There's no obligation.

    Listen & review

    Where appropriate, we visit or review photographs to identify belongings that may merit closer examination — Worth Before Removal.

  3. 03

    A written proposal

    Scope, timing and fees are set out in writing. Clearing fees are always shown separately from any auction or consignment commissions, which are set by the specialist provider.

  4. 04

    Your decisions

    You decide what is kept, sold, donated or removed. Nothing leaves without your approval.

  5. 05

    Coordination

    We coordinate the approved plan with qualified specialists, auction partners, donation organizations and clearing providers.

  6. 06

    Completion

    For participating projects, an Estate Record summarizes decisions, milestones and completion documentation.
